Messy postings in, a clean summary out. An Alteryx workflow takes a long list of expenses with accruals, contras and inconsistent descriptions, pairs off the contras with a fuzzy match, corrects the spelling mistakes, gives every item a common group with a keyword search for anything left, and exports the summary by group straight to Excel in 1.5 seconds, every line traceable and the same groupings every period.
